Attending the Cleaning Show was an incredibly worthwhile experience. It’s always great to support an industry that has treated me well for over 20 years, and despite my experience, I still managed to learn a lot!
As a commercial cleaning company in Milton Keynes eco and sustainable practices are really important to us.
One of the standout innovations at the show came from Numatic, which introduced new vacuum cleaners made from recycled plastic. A particularly smart feature is their plug-in cables—no more needing an electrician every time we accidentally overstretch or break one! Jangro also impressed with their eco-friendly range of paper products, made from recycled cardboard. I was surprised to learn that recycled paper needs to be bleached, reinforcing just how much effort goes into making these products truly sustainable.
As expected, robotic cleaning machines were a big focus again this year, showcasing how automation continues to evolve in our industry. I also had the opportunity to listen to some insightful talks from industry insiders, which provided valuable perspectives on where the sector is heading.
Overall, the show was a fantastic opportunity to see the latest innovations, connect with fellow professionals, and gain fresh insights. Looking forward to the next one!
