Healthy and Safety Environment
We take the health and safety of both our staff and yours, very seriously. ProKleen will uphold its health and safety obligations by employing effective risk management and assessment techniques.
We have appointed external Safety Advisors to ensure our legal compliance. We will provide and maintain safe equipment and working environments. We ensure that all employees have the knowledge, skills, and supervision necessary to stay safe at work.
We are proud to say ProKleen has achieved Facilitiesline Silver Membership and Once For All Health and Safety accreditation, demonstrating that we are a cleaning company providing the highest level of Health and Safety standards.
All of our cleaners are fully trained in health and safety issues such as the correct use and storage of chemicals. The chemicals we use are high quality and designed to be used in conjunction with each other.
We use colour-coded materials and equipment based on BICSc colour coding, the recommended colour chart for the cleaning industry. This prevents cross-contamination. We use wet floor signage and PPE when necessary. Our staff have refresher training regularly so that our health and safety procedures are always fully maintained.
