With two decades of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, ProKleen UK Ltd has earned a reputation as a trusted, professional cleaning company serving Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
Founded by Tim Martlew, ProKleen was born out of his experience in management for a large retailer, where he recognised how difficult it was to find a truly reliable cleaning partner. Determined to raise standards, Tim set out to build a company defined by dependability, consistency, and genuine care for both clients and staff.

All of our uniformed cleaners are employed by us.
They are thoroughly trained in every aspect of the role, to provide outstanding customer care. Our staff are inducted and trained at our cleaning academy before they start work on any commercial premises.
We have an efficient GPS-tracked clocking-in system that provides us with accurate, detailed reports for each client. To maintain our high standards, our contract managers conduct thorough monthly cleaning audits. Regular inspections help keep track of standards, monitor performance and highlight any necessary improvements.
TUPE
If you’re looking to change your current cleaning provider and TUPE is a requirement, you can rest assured that we will look after your existing cleaning staff. As experts in TUPE, we will use our well-tested approach to manage the transfer responsibly and professionally whilst making sure we improve the cleaning standards. If this sounds like something you’d like to know more about, we will be happy to walk you through the process.
Cover staff
We won’t let our clients down. If your regular cleaner is absent, we will send a highly competent and trained replacement so the cleaning standards are always maintained.

THE PROCESS
How do we operate?
Step one
We will visit your site and take a look at your current cleaning schedule, procedures, equipment, materials and chemicals. We provide recommendations for improvement and will put together a bespoke quotation for you.
Step two
When you start with us, we will allocate a dedicated contract manager and fully trained staff to carry out the work. We provide copies of health and safety documentation and risk assessments.
Step three
We will provide quality checks and monthly audits to ensure that everything is running smoothly. We offer open and honest communication throughout. We are always looking at ways to improve.
